Xcocar is a fully digital car dealer based in Sweden, founded to solve a concrete problem: what happens to the car you have driven as a company car or service vehicle when the leasing agreement expires?
What we do
We purchase company cars and service vehicles directly from companies and leasing companies — and sell them to you as a private individual. This means you never buy from your employer, but from us. That is not a detail. That is the whole point. The structure eliminates the tax risk that otherwise arises when an employee buys a company car from their employer at a non-market price.
How it works
The process is 100% digital, from price indication to signing. Financing is provided via enklare.se with access to over 40 banks. All cars come with a warranty from AutoConcept — always at least one year.
Why it is safe
Every transaction is tax-compliant. Xcocar acts as an independent party in the deal, which means no tax consequences for you as the buyer. You take home the car you have driven — the right way, at a market-based price, with no legal grey areas.

Xcocar Sverige AB has been active since March 2026, with the first deal completed on 17 March 2026. The company is registered in Sweden and operates exclusively in the Swedish market.
